  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods

  • We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other trusted carriers depending on location and package size.

  • Standard, expedited, and overnight shipping options may be available at checkout.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and delivery method.

  • Combined shipping discounts may apply for multiple items.

4. International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping to select countries.

  • Buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

  • Delivery times for international orders may vary and are estimates only.

5. Delivery Timeframes

  • Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • We may require photos or additional documentation for insurance claims.

7. Tracking

  • All shipments include tracking whenever available.

  • You will receive an email notification once your order ships, including tracking information.
